RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

GENERAL

We founded FAB FOREVER intending to give our customers an equitable, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. In turn, the FAB FOREVER customers can radiate positivity back to the world. FAB FOREVER will accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a United States address for a store credit (FAB FOREVER E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. All merchandise must be returned with tags intact and attached to the item. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount of the product(s) and any applicable sales tax. This excludes any initial shipping fees.

 

RETURNS

To ship your return, start the process by clicking the link here. You can place multiple return orders into one package. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization code for each item you return. The authorization code will be emailed to you upon request to initiate a return or exchange. Return authorization code and the invoice for ALL items being returned must be included in the package you return. 

FAB FOREVER does not accept returns without an enclosed return authorization code and invoice.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a FAB FOREVER E-Gift Card sent to the email address on the order. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. It is recommended to ship your return with tracking information.

FAB FOREVER is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

FAB FOREVER offers exchanges for the same clothing items in a different size when we are notified of the request within 14 days of the date your order is shipped. Due to limited product availability, not all items may be available for size exchange. You can start your exchange here. Exchanges are subject to the same terms as returns.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

Jewelry

Candles

Soap

Incense

Liquid products (i.e., essential oil, perfume, lotions, etc.),

Items Marked Final Sale & On Sale

All sales from Black Friday + Cyber Monday are FINAL sales. NO exceptions.

*Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Damaged or defective items may be returned by contacting Customer Care here within 3 DAYS of delivery.

If we are not notified within three (3) days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect of the item with your email for return approval/review. If approval is granted, you will receive an approval code to the email address on the original order. A replacement item will be shipped to the same address on the original order once the defective/damaged item is received. If the original item is no longer in stock, you will receive a credit for the original purchase amount on a FAB FOREVER E-gift card.

*FAB FOREVER is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

Merchandise colors may vary due to photography conditions, including indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Printed graphic artwork on garments or other products may also vary. These variations in color and design do not qualify as defects.
