  • Do you have a physical store?
    Currently, we are exclusively an E-commerce retailer only. Let us know if you would like us to have a physical store.
  • How do I know what size to order?

  • What if something I love is out of stock?
    As we strive to help you achieve your spiritual goals with our products, if an item is out of stock, please sign up to receive Back in Stock notifications. Also, please contact us and let us know which items you are interested in.
  • Who do I contact if my package has not arrived within the estimated time window?
    If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). FAB FOREVER will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. FAB FOREVER is not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees.
  • What if I provided the Wrong Address when placing an order?
    It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. FAB FOREVER is not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If an issue arises with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. FAB FOREVER cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
  • How long does it take to receive a graphic printed t-shirts
    Graphic printed t-shirt orders are made to order. These orders may take up to 3 - 5 business days to process and ship. During Holidays, Store Sales, or High Peak Seasons, the total order process may take longer.
  • What items cannot be shipped out of the continental United States?
    Some customer products are considered hazardous materials, i.e., nail polish, aerosols, fragrances, and other alcohol-based products. FAB FOREVER will only ship such items as standard ground shipping to the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and can't ship these items to international locations, including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
  • How long does it take to process the return?
    Once you receive an authorization code, please allow up to two weeks (14 Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed — you will receive an email confirmation when the items are received. All refunds are in the form of a FAB FOREVER E-gift card only. Please see our Returns Policy for additional information.
  • How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Once you receive an email indicating that your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your FAB FOREVER E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file within five [5] business days. For more information, please see our Returns Policy page.
  • Is there a return fee?
    The customer is responsible for all return + exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable *except for damaged/defective items. We recommend shipping your return with tracking info. FAB FOREVER is not responsible for packages lost in transit. *For additional information, please see our Return policy page.
  • How do I request a return label?

  • Do you offer price adjustments?
    Currently, we are not able to offer price adjustments on any items.
